SHIPPING

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to our customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to our customers at all times. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery from the point of receiving a dispatched notification. We will supply you with tracking information. We can not be held responsible for your package once it has been dispatched but we will endeavour to assist you in tracking your item. We use Royal mail as standard to all orders in the united kingdom, we are able to use DHL at your request but this will incur further fees. DHL is our standard courier for all international shippings.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please note that prices listed does not include custom taxes and import duties; these charges vary for each country. You are responsible for all custom charges and duties when your order enters your country. Since we are based in the UK, please be aware that any orders placed within the EU may be subject to additional/higher custom fees upon delivery, please make sure that you have made an informed financial decision before you make your purchase as we are not responsible for those fees.

 

REFUNDS 

We want you to be thrilled with the service you receive at TLC_STUDIO. If you're not satisfied with anything, we are here to help. Although we do not offer refunds on our services, we will gladly rectify any service within 3 days of your original visit, providing it is not a fault that you may have caused. This service is free and will need to be organised via email or phone call. Please note services CANNOT be refunded. Products/Wigs can only be refunded IF unused and in its original packaging, without the lace being cut. Refunds in this nature will only be considered if presented and returned within 7 days.
